These Terms of Service govern your use of dreamylengths.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dreamy Lengths (ABN 51 681 343 224).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Products, colour and description

We take care to describe our products accurately. However, colour reproduction varies between screens, devices and lighting conditions, and hair is a natural product — shade, texture and density vary slightly between batches. Images are indicative, not an exact representation.

Lengths and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Because of this variability we offer a free shade match before purchase; we encourage you to use it.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Title and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Title passes once payment has been received in full.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Care and use

Hair extensions are a consumable product with a finite lifespan. Following our Hair Care Guide materially affects how long a set lasts. We are not liable for damage caused by heat styling above recommended temperatures, bleaching or lightening, unsuitable products, or professional application or removal carried out by a third party.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee (other than a guarantee under sections 51 to 53 of the ACL) is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
